How do I find the hotel reference?+
Visit our OpenSea collection, open the listing of the hotel you want, and copy its name or token number. Paste it into the Reserve panel along with the price in ETH.
How much does access cost?+
Access is priced by hotel size, paid at reception in ETH: Small 0.00009 · Medium 0.0003 · Large 0.0009 · Mega 0.003. 90% of every payment goes directly to the hotel owner, and 10% covers gas fees.
When does the experience go live?+
The full Hotels of Sand experience inside the Sandbox metaverse is scheduled to be fully realized in Q1 2027. Early keys and reservations are open now.
What network is required?+
Payments settle in ETH on the Polygon network. Make sure MetaMask is connected to Polygon — the Reserve flow will switch the network for you automatically.
Are these 1-of-1 editions?+
Yes. Each hotel in the collection is a unique 1-of-1 NFT. Once a hotel is sold, the deed is transferred on-chain and cannot be re-minted.
Can I resell my hotel later?+
Of course. Hotels can be relisted on OpenSea or any Polygon-compatible marketplace at any time. Ownership transfers instantly on-chain.
